8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use our Services in such an event. In the event of termination arising from your breach, you will remain liable for any fees through the end of the current term of your subscription.

You agree not to:

1. Send spam as defined by Spamhaus.

2. Use purchased, rented, or third-party contact lists.

3. Upload, post, or transmit unsolicited emails, SMS, or “spam” messages.

Violating this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

13. Changes to the Terms
